Our Team

2TSustainAbility was started on March 4, 2016, by two professionals, Albert Tien and Francisco Toscano, in Chagrin Falls, Ohio.  It all began with a dinner discussion in which we were reflecting on the state of the economy and how indifferent attitudes and antiquated business practices were contributing to a lack of social responsibility and long-term strategy for society as well as for businesses. It was at this moment we decided to use our decades of international experience with Fortune 500 and mid-size companies to form a partnership to help other companies reach their sustainability potential.

Mark Stirling and Managing Partner, Albert Tien have worked together on business risk management strategies and had often spoken of combining efforts in a consultancy and writing books on various business risk topics.  Over discussions to explore synergies, enhance services, and align business focuses during meetings in Bangkok, Thailand , Mark was brought on as a Partner responsible for the ASEAN region starting  March of 2017.
